Terms of use
Accounts and responsibility
Account holders must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use the platform lawfully. The operator may suspend accounts or content in cases of abuse, violations, substantiated reports or security risks.
Uploaded content
Anyone publishing text, photographs, videos, trailers, CVs, press reviews or documents confirms that they hold the necessary rights and permissions, including permissions concerning identifiable people where required. Illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, privacy-infringing or third-party-rights-infringing material must not be uploaded.
Moderation
Performance pages may be reviewed before publication. Comments are moderated. Reports may lead to temporary suspension while checks are performed.
Professional data
Professional contact information should be published only when actually intended for public disclosure. Tax, administrative and private contact data are not published automatically.
Availability and commercial information
Availability, dates and amounts entered by users are informational and must be confirmed directly between the parties. The initial version of Supiazza does not automatically conclude booking contracts.
Service evolution
The architecture supports future paid features. Activating them will require specific commercial terms, invoicing arrangements and updated information before any charge is made.
