Data processed
Supiazza processes registration and contact data, professional and organisational data, uploaded content, consent records, security logs, privacy requests and technical data strictly necessary to operate the service. Commercial profiling is not enabled in the base configuration.
Purposes and legal bases
Data are processed to create and manage accounts, publish and moderate content, make artistic proposals searchable, manage requests and security, comply with legal duties and, with separate consent, send newsletters or enable optional services.
Visibility
Data marked as public in professional profiles may be freely viewed. Administrative, authentication and private contact data remain restricted. Users should not upload unnecessary personal data.
Retention
Accounts and content are retained while the service is active or as necessary for the stated purposes. Security logs and legally required records follow specific periods. On deletion, personal data are removed or anonymised unless retention is legally required; truly anonymous statistics may be retained.
Rights
You can request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction or objection from your dashboard or by contacting privacy@supiazza.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Providers and transfers
Hosting, email, backup, translation, video, payment or analytics providers must be configured with appropriate processors and, where necessary, safeguards for international transfers.
Children
The initial platform is not designed for personal accounts for children. School sections can be viewed publicly; accounts and publishing are intended for authorised persons and professional operators.
